Jessica Rezac
for NKC School Board

A community voice, for all.

Every student deserves an excellent education, no matter their zip code or background. As a Crestview parent, I’ve seen firsthand how school board decisions affect our students, teachers, and families. We need leadership that listens to community voices and considers how policies impact all our schools, especially those that need the most support.

Priorities
Every student deserves a great school.
No exceptions.

Academic Excellence

Every school should have the resources and support to help students succeed – from teachers and counselors to special education services.

Community Input

Parents, teachers, and community members should have a real voice in shaping our children’s education.

Responsible Finances

Tax payers should be sure their money is distributed fairly and used effectively to support student success.

Educational Leadership

I will champion innovative programs and teaching methods that prepare our students for future success.

Values
Our schools must be safe and welcoming for all students.

Protecting student privacy and safety

All families are welcome

Every student can be themselves

Our diverse community is supported and celebrated

Curriculum based on educational value, not politics

Community
Strong schools make strong communities

Beyond the classroom, quality schools benefit everyone

Schools are community anchors. A good school district attracts and retain residents, nurtures the next generation to enter the workforce, and create a shared history and sense of community pride.Strong leadership in education doesn’t just benefit our students – it strengthens our entire region and makes North Kansas City a destination for families and businesses.

Parents are their children’s strongest advocates. As your board member, I’ll be a champion for your family by ensuring your voice is heard and your concerns are addressed with real action.
